Shipping and return
Your order will arrive approximately 5-7 business days from receipt by us, depending upon your geographical location and your carrier/service of choice. Once your order ships, an automated e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Additionally, you may log into your Australia Natural account to retrieve your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package, by entering it at the appropriate website.
Australia Natural cannot be held liable or responsible for any delays in shipment or lost-in-transit shipments, however we want you to get your order! Below are the allotted times to wait before we take action to refund/replace your order as packages usually turn up within these amounts of time.
– Domestic shipments – If you have not received your order after 10 days of placing your order, we will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
– International shipments – If you have not received your order after 45 days of placing your order, we will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
If you are in need of your order prior to the aforementioned lengths of time, you may place another order and follow our return policy for the delayed packages. For items that are lost-in-transit please wait the aforementioned allotted times before any refunding or replacements to occur.
Australia Natural cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries, that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we suggest you call your local post office to inquire further. If you wish for a re-delivery of your order, we will require a restocking fee of 25% of the products purchased plus any applicable shipping and handling costs.
Returns
We are confident you’ll be extremely happy with everything you purchased at tropicalspices.com. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 15 days of purchase, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
